How does this event work?
We will be educating and helping coach remotely online via video conference. Our hosts will be able to see you access your movements and respond to your questions or comments. Lets reach our 2021 movement and health goals together.
How should I prepare?
These are interactive classes. If so inclined, come prepared to move and we'll tackle your health or movements challenges together.
How can this be free?
We value sustainable community health. (Our friends and partners think so too). Everything we do is for the good of our community and we are happy to give you the tools to overcome any health challenges.
Can anyone attend?
Yes! These events are for everyone. We do limit seats so we can spend more time with each of you and answer your most pressing questions.
Should I still sign up for the workshop if I know that I may not be able to confirm my attendance or won't be there on-time?
ABSOLUTELY! We never know what will happen on any given day. By registering, you'll get a recap and tips from our featured guests. And you'll still be eligible for the giveaways even if you're late or have to miss the event.
